I’m probably at 145 now.
So I have two options.
1. veganism.
2. protein shake and raw fruit/veggie diet.
I’m going with the second. Starting tomorrow. I’m going to break it with a vegan cake on my birthday, june 18.
I was going to finish this popcorn (which was the end to my binge) but then I got on Tumblr and saw all the skinny bitches.
Tomorrow I begin my new life.

It’s Wednesday morning and I’ve eating six-something.
I’m now on an 800 calorie diet plan. I should lose seven point something pounds by my event at the beginning of may.
I weigh 140.2 pounds, and this has driven me over the edge.
The scale says 144.2 at night. Last week it was 139. I just don’t understand.
I ate maintenance or a little over today. But I worked out a ton, so I had to eat about 2,600 to get there. I feel absolutely disgusting.
Tomorrow my roommate and I go on the Denmark Diet. She’s Korean and swears that’s how all the K-Pop stars lose weight. It looks promising. So I’m weighing in tomorrow morning (I will post) and then after the 13 day diet. I can’t be this heavy. I just can’t can’t can’t. I’d rather be dead.
-500 today. Going to try and push it up to -800 tomorrow.
